Boyce claims that children that fall somewhere on the autism spectrum can have the same kinds of hypersensitivity and sensory modalities as the orchid children he identifies during research. If given the right environment and support, orchid children can thrive! Gentle correction works best for orchid children which is why at Thriving Orchids Therapy we have envisioned implementing behaviour analytic approaches which are reinforcement focused. We work to provide a positive and enriching learning environment to ensure that all our orchid children are set to thrive with happiness - which is why we are Thriving Orchids Therapy!
